Yes4All Balance Board features a TPE surface to prevent slipping or falling. You can easily stand on the board barefoot, but shoes with anti-slip soles help provide even better grip.
The bombproof construction with two added stoppers helps you perform the hardest tricks. You can easily adjust the difficulty of your exercises with 3 different distance options 11, 16, & 22 inches.
3 INTERCHANGEABLE BASES
• Rocker is the most stable base as it allows beginners to get comfortable with a balance board before moving to other bases.
• Air Cushion provides a 360° motion, which helps engage the joints & core muscles. Come with a hand pump to easily inflate & deflate to your preferred level of firmness
